Clint Bolick

Clint Bolick (né le 26 décembre 1957 à Elizabeth, dans le New Jersey aux États-Unis), est un avocat américain, directeur de l'Institut Goldwater Scharf-Norton Center for Constitutional Litigation, à Phoenix, en Arizona. Il est chercheur en collaboration avec la Hoover Institution. Il fut diplômé de l'Université en 1979 et il a obtenu son JD à l'Université de Californie, Davis, en 1982.

Il occupait précédemment les fonctions de président et de consultant de l'Alliance pour les choix scolaires, un organisme national à but non lucratif prônant la liberté du choix scolaire. Il est également le co-fondateur et l'ancien Vice Président du think tank libertarien, l'Institut pour la Justice.
