Lon Luvois Fuller (1902-1978) était un philosophe du Droit qui a écrit en 1964, The Morality of Law où il présente la connexion entre le Droit et la morale. Il fut professeur de Droit à l'université d'Havard durant de nombreuses années. Il s'est opposé à H.L.A. Hart en précisant les différences entre le positivisme juridique et le Droit naturel. Il a eu une influence importante sur un de ses étudiants, Ronald Dworkin.
