Parth J. Shah

Parth J. Shah est président du Centre for Civil Society, une organisation indépendante, à but non lucratif, de recherche et de réflexion pédagogique à New Delhi, en Inde.

Parth Shah a obtenu son doctorat d'économie à l'Université d'Auburn, aux Etats-Unis. Il a enseigné l'économie à l'Université du Michigan à Dearborn. Il a publié des articles universitaires dans les domaines de l'économie du développement, de l'économie du bien-être, de l'éthique, de la théorie des cycles économiques, de la banque libre et des systèmes monétaires.

En Inde, ses recherches ont porté sur les initiatives privées et sur les réformes du système éducatif, de droit de propriété concernant les problèmes environnementaux et de la gestion des ressources naturelles.
