Carl P. Close

Carl P. Close est un économiste américain, chercheur à l'Independent Institute dont il dirige également les recherches.
Il est diplômé en économie de la San Francisco State University et de l'University of California at Santa Barbara. Il enseigna l'économie dans cette dernière université.
Avant de rejoindre l'Independent Institute, il a travaillé comme analyste auprès de plusieurs institutions financières ou fédérales ainsi qu'au Competitive Enterprise Institute.
Il publie régulièrement des tribunes dans la presse grand public.
