Carl Watner

Carl Watner, né en 1948, est un auteur américain et historien du Journal of Libertarian Studies et cofondateur du newsletter The Voluntaryist.
Plusieurs de ses articles ont été publiés dans Reason, Journal of Libertarian Studies, The Dandelion et Libertarian Forum.
Carl Watner a fait beaucoup de recherches sur la vie et œuvre de Lysander Spooner
