David Glasner

David Glasner est un économiste américain travaillant au Federal Trade Commission. Il a obtenu son doctorat (PHD) en économie à l'UCLA. Il est l'auteur de plusieurs livres dont Politics, Prices, and Petroleum, une étude qui montre comment le contrôle des prix a provoqué la crise de l'énergie des années 70 et Free Banking and Monetary Reform, une étude sur le rôle de la concurrence dans l'offre de la monnaie en théorie et en pratique.

Ses domaines de recherche portent sur la théorie et la politique monétaire, l'analyse économique du Droit, l'histoire de la théorie économique et l'application de la méthodologie Poppérienne en économie.
