Sanford Ikeda, dit Sandy Ikeda, est un économiste de l'école autrichienne. Il est également membre du réseau de la faculté "FEE" (Foundation for Economic Education). Il a été l'élève de Israel Kirzner, Mario Rizzo, Fritz Machlup et Ludwig Lachmann. Ses travaux portent sur l'économie politique urbaine, en examinant l'impact des différentes formes d'interventionnisme local sur l'ordre spontané urbain.
