Paul H. Rubin

Paul H. Rubin est professeur d'économie et de droit à l'Université Emory d'Atlanta, chercheur à l'Independent Institute et rédacteur en chef de la revue "Managerial and Decision Economics". Il a obtenu son premier diplôme universitaire à l'Université de Cincinnati en 1963 et son doctorat à l'Université Purdue en 1970. Il est membre de la Société du Public Choice, chercheur à l'American Enterprise Institute et de la Fondation des politiques publiques en Géorgie. Il fut le principal économiste parmi le personnel des conseillers président Ronald Reagan. Il a enseigné l'économie à l'Université de la Géorgie, la City University de New York, et à l'Université de Droit George Washington.

Paul H. Rubin a écrit ou édité de nombreux livres, articles et chapitres sur l'économie de la transition, sur le Droit à la vie privée et sur l'évolution de la réglementation dans des revues comme l'American Economic Review, le Journal of Political Economy, le Quarterly Journal of Economics, le Journal of Legal Studies, le Journal de droit et d'économie ou le Yale Journal. Il contribue parfois aux colonnes du Wall Street Journal et dans d'autres grands journaux américains.
