Bill Tulloh

Bill Tulloh ou William Tulloh est un économiste de l'université George Mason aux Etats-Unis. Il fut un ami proche du regretté Don Lavoie. Comme lui, il s'est intéressé aux relations entre les sciences de l'information (informatique) et l'économie, particulièrement de la métaphore de la programmation par l'objet (POO).
